The intersection of mind and body: 30+ years of teaching and 5+ years of doctoral work inform every class, workshop and session that I offer. Whether we work together online or in-person, I’m excited to get to know you better and learn how we can collaborate in meeting your wellness goals.

Please check out the various online classes I offer in partnership with Pilates on Harrison, including Mindful Cardio. Mindful Cardio is the fruition of a lifetime studying mind/body wellbeing, and includes a community element to keep us motivated and learning together. Learn more about Mindful Cardio Community.

Mindful Cardio
Mindful Cardio will challenge you mentally and physically - and leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated! The first 30-minutes will be spent on your choice of cardio equipment (stationary bike, elliptical, rowing erg, etc) while learning a bit about the physiology of cardiovascular exercise. Next we'll move to the mat for 20-minutes of Movement Lab to embody | align | breath. Finally, you'll be guided in a 10-minute meditation that can be practiced sitting or reclining. 

Movement Lab
Embody. Align. Breathe. Movement Lab incorporates elements of meditation, fitness, Yoga and Pilates. Suitable for all levels, participants will practice techniques to calm the mind, embedded within a series of movements designed to strengthen and mobilize the body.

Half and Half with Scott and Collette
Half-n-Half gives you a sample of All-Levels Pilates with Collette and Movement Lab with Scott. Each portion runs 30 minutes. Join us every Saturday for Free!

 

Workshops + Retreats

I offer workshops each month, which can be accessed for free by monthly subscribers or for a small fee for non-subscribers.

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I sign up?
Paid and free classes will now be run through Pilates on Harrison's registration system. Click any of the blue buttons above to go to their site, or visit them here.

When should I register for class?
We recommend registering the day before. Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of class. This allows time for our studio manager to send class links and answer any tech questions that might arise.

When will I receive the access link?
If you sign up the day before class, you will receive an email with the access link the morning of class between 8:15-8:45. If you sign up the same day a class is offered, you will receive the link at least 15 minutes before the start of class.
Please note: If you’d like to sign up for a 9am class the morning of, please do so by 8am. It is difficult for us to get you the link if you register later than that.

What do I do if this email link doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive an email with the link, please start by checking your spam folder. (We’ve noticed this happening a few times.) If it is there, please move the email message to your inbox to help prevent this from happening in the future. Another idea is to log in to MindBody and make sure that you are registered for class. If you need any assistance at any point, please email info@pilatesonharrison.com or call (608) 709-1775 to get in touch with our studio manager Elisa.

How do I cancel a class I’ve registered for?
If you need to cancel class, you can do so by going into your MindBody account through Pilates on Harrison, viewing your schedule, and selecting the “cancel class” option.
