Meditation

I have found that the deliberate practice of sitting meditation among the most important activities in my daily routine. The mind is capable of conjuring up great narratives, often rehashing past events and/or fretting about things that haven’t happened. Meditation invites the practitioner to be aware of the mind’s comings and goings, which ultimately demonstrates the insubstantiality of these fluctuations.

I feel fortunate to have received meditation instruction from the master teacher Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, and am honored to be a Senior Facilitator in his Tergar International organization.
