Plant-Power

You are what you eat, and I’m a big believer in a Whole-Foods, Plant-Based diet. Eating simple, unprocessed foods will help you feel better and enjoy more energy almost immediately. And reducing your consumption of animal-foods has the additional benefits of:

  • Better health (reducing your risk of many common diseases)
  • Reducing your carbon footprint (animal-foods are more resource intensive to produce than plant-foods)
  • Living compassionately
